Zenvore is not a CRM with a gym skin. Each module exists because an operator asked the question it answers.
Check-in and check-out from the desk or the member's phone. Today's floor, full history, and an absentee list that tells you who is drifting before they churn.
One record per member, scoped to the right gym automatically.
Source analytics, funnel, ageing, and per-staff performance — then convert in a click.
Trainers prescribe from templates; every revision is kept, so you can see exactly what a member was given and when.
Sales, subscription revenue, coupons and recurring expenses in one ledger — not a spreadsheet someone forgot to update.
Unlimited gyms under one tenant, sharing a single pooled member limit. Roles and permissions resolve per request, per gym.
An overview that answers the two questions you actually ask: who showed up, and what did we earn.
Every tier pools its member limit across unlimited gyms. Gyms are never counted, and never charged for.
For a single floor finding its feet.
≈ ₹50 per member, per month
For a growing roster and a real front desk.
≈ ₹19 per member, per month
For multi-location operators running on data.
≈ ₹8.33 per member, per month
For chains that need the platform to carry their name.
≈ ₹1.83 per member, per month
It is a tenant-wide pool, not a per-gym cap. A plan with 500 members lets you run any number of gyms whose members sum to 500 — gyms themselves are unlimited. If you negotiate a different figure it is stored on your subscription and that number wins.
Prices are shown per month so the tiers can be compared like for like, but each is billed upfront for its full period — every card states the amount and the cycle. Longer commitments cost less per month: Annual works out about 17% cheaper than Quarterly, and Enterprise about 27%.
Yes, and it scales with the tier: 7 days on Quarterly, 14 on Half Yearly, and 30 on both Annual and Enterprise. No card up front.
They do. Members get a mobile app for check-in, their prescribed workout plan and personal records, while your staff work in the web console. Both talk to the same backend, so nothing needs reconciling.
Permissions resolve per request from the staff member's role in a specific gym. A trainer at one branch cannot read another branch's records — a request for one returns a 404, not a 403.
Full API access is included on Annual and Enterprise. Enterprise also covers custom integrations and white labelling if you need the platform to carry your own brand.
Move up whenever you like; the pooled limits change immediately and your history comes with you. Enterprise pools are negotiated rather than fixed.
